Our partner school is located in a modern building of the China Central Place, surrounded by numerous hotels, residences, businesses and restaurants. The school building has 10 classrooms, a language lab, an independent study centre and a computer area with free Internet access. During the breaks, you can go to relax with the other students in the café area or on the balconies while enjoying the view of the Central Courtyard Garden. Around 15 minutes away by foot, you will find the unmissable Sanlitun Bar Street, meeting place of Beijing's young people, who particularly enjoy meeting up to spend the evening together...it's up to you to put into practice your new notions of Mandarin Chinese!

Accomodation

Shared apartments
Our partner school offers accommodation in shared apartments (about 30 minutes from the school itself). Here, you will have your own room and share the common areas with your flatmates. These apartments are cleaned each week, and are modern and well equipped: equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, air-conditioning, TV and telephone. Staying in a shared apartment is a great opportunity to meet other international students, to try out some new Chinese recipes and to share the unique experience of a language course in Peking.
Private apartments (studio)
More independent students can choose to stay in a private apartment (studio). This offers the same benefits and comfort as a shared apartment, but you will be completely autonomous in the city-centre.

Leisure

The school organises a series of optional, accompanied activities and cultural outings each week. Some outings are free of charge, others  within an affordable price range. You can go alone or accompanied to discover the Forbidden City, with its yellow tiled roofs; to the Great Wall of China (about a hundred kilometres away); to the Temple of the Lamas, with its lavish gardens. The Temple of the Sky, where it was the Emperor’s custom to go and pray for a good harvest, will also have you enchanted. The famous and controversial Tiananmen Square, the largest in the world occupying 40 ha in the heart of the city, and the Museum of Modern Art, among other attractions, will fill up your afternoons and your scrapbook.
