Accommodation

Host family
Thanks to a very good network of host families, students have the opportunity to stay with an Australian family, in a single room with half board provided, and in this way, can discover the Australian culture whilst practising the language in a relaxed and natural manner. The families sometimes welcome other students of a different mother tongue which also allows you to make contacts quickly.

Guest house
Accommodation in a "student guest house" is ideal for meeting other students and living in an independent way. Our partner school proposes to you to stay in a "guest house", located around 25 minutes' walk from the course centre. The "guest house" is located in the south of Brisbane, close to public transport and close to Southbank train station. You will stay in single rooms and will share the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels are provided and the place is cleaned once a week.  From Monday to Friday, the evening meal will be served to you and, every day, breakfast will be proposed to you. At the weekend, you will have the opportunity to have barbecues in the company of the other students. A kitchen, including a refrigerator, a coffee and tea machine, and microwaves, is available to you. You will have access to a (paying) laundry room and a telephone. Internet access is also at an extra charge.
