The school is located in the heart of the city centre, only a few minutes' walk from the shops, cinema complexes, restaurants and cafés of Darling Harbour, the main train station as well as the central bus station, and the main tourist attractions. ELC offers a teaching method that is based on active learning. Accommodation

Living with a host family is a great way of immersing yourself in the Australian way of life during your stay in Sydney. You will stay in a single room with half board provided and will be around 30 minutes away from the school.

Residence "Glebe YHA"
Around 15 minutes away from the school by bus, in a laid-back district with plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars, this welcoming and comfortable youth hostel offers some single rooms but especially shared rooms (2 or 4 people) with shared bathrooms. The roof of the building houses a large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the city and where numerous barbeques and other events are organised by the friendly staff of the hostel. Those staying there can also meet up in the TV/video room, the games room or the Internet café.
