Hotels in Barbados
Our partner school is housed in the best hotels on the west coast of Barbados: the 'Southern Palms Beach Club', the 'Amaryllis Beach Resort', the 'Almond beach Village' and the 'Almond Beach & Spa'.
The first two (located between Bridgetown and Oistins) are designed for those wishing to follow the standard English course. All rooms have a patio and balcony, a private bathroom, and you will have access to various facilities: television, telephone, small refrigerator, hairdryer... If you choose a studio or a suite, you will also be able to enjoy a fully-equipped kitchenette. Internet access is available in the cybercafé; Wifi access is also possible from certain rooms or suites. With the beach, swimming pools and magnificent gardens, you will enjoy a dream setting for following 'Caribbean cocktail' language courses.
The other two are large deluxe hotels including full board and are also available to you for the 'tailor-made' programmes of private English courses: the 'Almond Beach Village' (in St Peter to the north of Speightstown) and the 'Almond Beach Club & Spa' (in St James to the south of Holetown). These two centres offer exceptional comfort for taking English courses: gardens, swimming pools, fitness centres, tennis, golf, bars, cafés, restaurants and discos. The 'Almond Beach Village' is particularly recommended if you come with children.

Leisure

There is no shortage of activities on this paradise island. First there is sport, with tennis, golf, sailing, diving (Barbados ranks 6th in the world for the best diving spots), so it is impossible to get bored! However, Barbados is also a place of culture where you can visit former plantations, the capital Bridgetown or even the island's nature reserve. These activities can be done as a part of or outside of the course programme and they will allow you to get to know many new people, both islanders and other international students.
