School

Our partner school is situated in a nice residential area, only 5 minutes' walking distance from the town centre and only 10 minutes from Bournemouth Beach. Close to numerous parks, terraces and gardens, it offers students a calm and welcoming atmosphere, In addition to the 26 classrooms in which classes take place, you will have free access to all of the school's facilities, including a study room with computers, multimedia material and free Internet access. Only a stone's throw away from the school, there are two restaurants which offer you typical English, Oriental or European dishes, unless you would prefer to stay at the school's café. After classes, why not play a basketball or volleyball match on the available courts, play table tennis or participate in the evening activities organised by the school?

Accommodation

Host family
Most students prefer to live with a host family during their stay. In fact, this competitively-priced accommodation option allows you at once to practise your English after class and to discover English family life. Staying in a single room, you will have half board provided. The host families are carefully selected by our partner school and generally live around 10-20 minutes by bus or 10-30 minutes' walking distance away from the school.

Residence "Kings Student Hotel" (from 18 years)
Our partner school Kings in Bournemouth also proposes to students the option of staying in a residence. Close to the town centre and around 15 minutes' walking distance away from the school, the Kings Student Hotel proposes double or single rooms with half board provided. The residence has a WiFi connection.

Leisure

Bournemouth is known for its large green parks and long sandy beaches. In the town centre, you will be able to choose among numerous cafés, restaurants and pubs and enjoy the elegant and cosmopolitan atmosphere of this nice town. Our partner school proposes two free activities every week, such as numerous sports, outings to discos and games and film evenings. Bournemouth is also the perfect destination for discovering all of England's south coast. For the weekend, you can go take part in excursions to Bath, Oxford, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Winchester or Brighton. Knowing that London is only 2 hours away by train...above all, don't forget your camera!
