Language school Bristol
The Language Project

Situated in a lovely and historic building in Clifton (the historical part of Bristol) and with a body of 20 to 100 students all year round, the school has welcomed students from the world over since 1987. It is well located, close to numerous shops, restaurants and the university, and offers ideal facilities: TV, Internet, video, comfortable classrooms, a study room with a listening centre and even a kitchen… all available to students. Its friendly atmosphere and teachers who are very engaged in the daily life of the students distinguish the school.

Accomodation

Host family
Living with a host family is certainly the best way to get to know the common expressions and to put into practise what you have learned in class. This option  will also allow you to discover the local culture, to share meals (breakfast and dinner) with a family experienced in welcoming foreign students, and to get a taste of the local hospitality.

Leisure

If you like sport and culture, you will love Bristol! Whether you prefer rock, jazz, classical, pop, museums or cinema, you will have plenty to do in your free time. Bath, Oxford, Cardiff and Stonehenge are close by, and London is only 90 minutes away by train. That’s for your spirit. For your body, apart from having two football teams and a rugby team to cheer on, you can also practise gymnastics, swimming, climbing, bicycling, horse riding and water sports. On your first day, you will receive a list of “50 things to do in Bristol”. Have fun!
