Accommodation

Host family
Sharing in the daily life of an English family is ideal for learning English. From a single person to a large family, the families selected by our partner school are all different but they all have the common point of having been chosen for their availability and welcome and generally live around one hour away from the school. You will have a bedroom equipped with a study desk,  access to the telephone, and will be provided with breakfast and an evening meal from Monday to Friday as well as breakfast and one of the two other meals at the weekend. In addition to comfort, you may choose to stay with a host family in order to feel safe being surrounded by members of a same family with whom you will learn about the country's culture as well as the language in a welcoming and informal environment.

Residence (from 18 years, 20.06-10.09.11)
For more independence, you may choose to stay in a student residence in the modern buildings of the McMillan Student Village, around one minute away from your English school, where you will be able to meet students from throughout the world. Staying in a single room with a private bathroom, you can have your meals (in the morning and evening) in the canteen if you so wish, You also have the possibility of preparing your own meals (in the shared kitchen on each floor, or in a private kitchen on request). The residence also offers satellite television, a library and a computer room. On the practical side of things, bedlinen is provided (but not bath towels) and it is possible to do your laundry at a small charge.

Testimonial

Francesco Gandolfi I chose London as it seems to be a very big and interesting city, so I liked having the opportunity to spend some weeks here for my holiday. Learning English is important to me as I am a university student and English is very important for communication.
