Our partner school benefits from an excellent reputation and long-standing experience in teaching. It is, in fact, the oldest accredited English school in the whole world. You will learn the language of Shakespeare here in a welcoming, comfortable and motivating setting. The course centre is located 20 minutes away from the city centre in a nice residential district of West London, between Hammersmith and Chiswick. The school is housed in a building with a modern and contemporary design and consists of 14 classrooms, a student room equipped with a TV and DVD player, a multimedia centre with computers and a free Internet connection, a language lab and a bookshop. In addition, there is a WiFi connection available throughout the building and a cafeteria is available to students for a small snack or for lunch. The London School of English training centre also has another course centre (Holland Park), specialised in the English courses for executives and professionals.

Host family
A very good network of host families is proposed by our partner school, London School of English. The majority of them live around 20 minutes' walk away from the course centre (zone 2), in the residential district of Chiswick, and others can be reached by bus or by metro (zone 3). You will stay in a single room with breakfast or half board included.
Sharing in the daily life of Londoners will be very enriching on both a linguistic and cultural level!  A plus: For those who will bring their laptop, the school will no doubt be able to place you with a family who have a WiFi connection, according to availability

Residence «Mansion SW3»
Located in the city centre (around 35 minutes away from the city centre), in one of the safest and best served districts of London (Chelsea), this residence will allow students to participate in the endless socio-cultural events of the capital. A bus stop and two tube stations are located only a stone's throw away.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and Internet access, the students will stay in a single or double room and will have access to the kitchen which they will share with 7 other residents.
Additionally, the fact of being able to spend time in the common rooms and watching a DVD or TV represents a good opportunity to make friends among the students who come from the four corners of the planet. Prices and information on request.

It would obviously be superfluous to list out everything you will be able to undertake in London. It is a bustling city where you will spend a colourful language study stay. The school organises cinema or theatre evenings, walks which will allow you to discover the capital and its treasures (Buckingham Palace, Royal Botanic Gardens, museums and monuments). During the weekends, you will visit numerous places of interest like, for example, Leeds Castle, Rochester, Oxford or Stratford (birthplace of Shakespeare). If you wish to discover the surroundings of London independently, the school will help you in the organisation of your weekend.
