The school offers a range of extracurricular activities. Students can choose to play football, tennis, squash and other sports, or to take salsa dance lessons to prepare for the nights out organised by the school. Wimbledon is only a quarter of an hour from London by train, allowing students to take advantage of all that the capital offers in the way of shows, concerts and other world-class cultural events. The school also offers numerous social and sporting activities, allowing students to meet and practise the language outside of the classroom. Around the end of June, the Grand Slam tournament gives you the opportunity to experience a great sporting event that gives Wimbledon and international ambiance.

Testimonial

Marina Jurisic "Who is tired of life, is tired of London”. At the time, I had already heard this sentence several times but I understand its true meaning only now. A city where there are so many things to discover and see. In addition to the traditional tourist attractions, London offers a wide variety of musicals, theatres, concerts and other shows like no other city in the world. The Wimbledon School of English, where I spent 13 weeks, was a great school. The teachers were well trained and able to convey the course content in a light way and to give us individual support. I made a lot of progress. Besides, I met people from the whole world, which allowed me to develop extraordinary friendships. It was the best period of my life and I am looking forward to going back to this city where nothing seems impossible. Thank you, ESL!
