School

Our partner school is ideally located: two minutes on foot from the city-centre, shops and cafés, the school has a heated pool and a large terrace surrounded with vegetation. There is a garden overlooking the town and students can meet in the lounge with its piano, billiard table, ping-pong table and TV. There is also a cafeteria where you can have your lunch. The classrooms are well equipped and there is a computer centre where you can connect to the Internet, a library and an audio-visual room.

Accommodation

Host family
Staying with a host family allows you to get the most out of your stay. This option is a great opportunity to discover the British culture and to practise your English daily. All the families are chosen with care by our partner school. The majority are located a few minutes on foot from the school itself. You will have your own room, half-board during the week and full-board on the weekends. Some families have a large house and can welcome up to ten students at a time, great for meeting travellers from all over the world!

Leisure

As well as a daily leisure program, the school also offers a large range of sports (football, volleyball, bowling, sailing, golf, tennis, horse riding…). There are two evenings out per week and an excursion each weekend. Everyday, social activities are organised so that students can meet each other. The parties the school organises are unforgettable! Magnificent coastal and beach walks can also be enjoyed in Torquay.
