I feel my English has improved because I can practise it everyday with friends, teachers and the family. What I mostly like about Ireland is the people, the green hills, the beautiful beaches, the Irish accent and of course the pubs!

People are friendly and welcoming. In the evening, in the pubs, there is a good atmosphere. Around Cork, the landscapes are magnificent. The school is really professional and helpful if we have some request or needs. The numbers of students is suited to the rooms and the quality of classes is excellent. Their methods are different than in France. The lessons captivated me from the beginning to the end. I was hosted by a very good family. They speak slowly especially for me. The food was excellent. I am very happy to be here, I regret staying only two weeks. I improved my English very quickly and I need to progress again.

I really enjoy my holiday. Cork is a beautiful and lovely city. There are a lot of places where you can meet people and have fun. The C.L.C is a good school with very kind and interesting teachers. It seems easier to learn English with them. My English isn’t as good as I want but I learnt a lot of important things. I think it’s a good idea to have test all weeks. The apartment in Coppinger court is spacious and comfortable. It was close to the school, it’s a good point as well. Now, I’m going to have my work experience. So I hope it will be as interesting as the school. I want to say: thank you for all school staff: Joelle, Kate, Caitriona and all teachers, Laura and Camille.

When I arrived in Cork, a cosmopolitan city, I had a good surprise when I felt the atmosphere and when I met friendly Irish people. There were a lot of shops with Christmas lights and it was very nice. At school, my teachers were very nice and seem to like very much their job. The staff was available all the time and I could see the school organises lots of cultural activities. I lived in Coppinger Court apartments with a Spanish flat mate. I had to speak English more because I had a foreign flat mate and I think it was better. I appreciated space in my apartment and the proximity to the school.

Cork is a bustling and beautiful city. On another hand, I think it is quite a city for living. There are a lot of shops, pubs and interesting places. I like it. In my experience, my accommodation with a host-family was excellent! I had a very good relationship with them and I'm very happy about it. In my opinion, this school is excellent to learn English because everything (school, teachers, administration staff, material, etc.) is adequate to do the lesson.
