Our partner school is located in a central yet quiet area of Sliema, a short walk from the seafront. The course centre is fully air-conditioned and the 100 classrooms have excellent learning equipment. In the Internet café, you will meet students from the whole world. Internet is also accessible via Wi-Fi in the school’s reception area. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks to satisfy your hunger and thirst between lessons and in the cafeteria, you will find meals at all time during the day. If you wish to acquire a deeper knowledge of a specific area, the library and the multimedia centre make books and multimedia programmes available for your use. And to complete the offer, a multipurpose room and a student lounge allow students to chill out and have lively chats. There is also the harbour with its many cafés, bars and shops close-by where you can spend nice evenings with the other international students!

Accommodation

Host family
The host families are carefully selected by the school and most of them live in an area close to the course centre. You can therefore easily walk to the school in less than 30 minutes. You will choose from breakfast only and half board and stay in a single room (on request and if you’re travelling with a friend, in a double room). Feeling at home and speaking English throughout your stay with your hosts is a nice opportunity to get to know local people while improving your language ability!

Residence Day’s Inn
Very close to the course centre (5 minutes’ walk), this residence is run under the management of our partner school. It offers private studios and single or double rooms (students travelling together only). All rooms have a private bathroom and a TV. In studios, there is a refrigerator, tea and coffee machines, a microwave oven as well as crockery and cutlery facilities. The residence is fully air-conditioned and surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants. In the reception area, Wi-Fi Internet access is available for free. You can enjoy a leisurely afternoon at the small rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace (in summer).

Leisure

Our partner school believes that learning English should be combined with the pleasures of participating in a variety of sports and cultural activities. So it is with conviction that it offers a weekly programme rich in discoveries. Half-day and full-day excursions will take you to La Valette, Mdina, to the neighbouring Gozo and Comino islands, and will allow you to discover the monuments, temples and churches scattered across the main island. For sports lovers, the school organises a number of watersports like scuba diving, kayaking, windsurfing, cruises and – boat parties! Don’t miss the visit to the famous Blue Grotto and treat yourself to a “farniente” afternoon on the beautiful beaches close by!
