Language school St. Paul's Bay, BELS

At the BELS school in St. Paul's Bay, teaching is based on communication and offers students the tools allowing them to freely express themselves in situations of daily life. The motivated and qualified teachers benefit from several years' experience in the teaching of English as a foreign language. The course centre is located near the central bus line, close to the town hall, a post office and banks. As a bonus, numerous shops are located in the surroundings and the seafront is only a stone's throw away. Besides the eight spacious and bright classrooms, the scholl has several common areas containing computer stations with Internet access which will allow you to stay in touch with your friends and family. A break room is at your disposal for revising classes in peace and quiet or for relaxing in the company of the other students. For a bite to eat, there are vending machines available for you there.

Host family
Do you wish to immerse yourself in the Maltese culture, discover its special features, but also practise your English in a sustained way? Then, host family accommodation is the suitable option for you! This solution contains numerous financial and linguistic advantages. In addition, thanks to the shrewd wise advice of your host family, you will have the opportunity to discover every nook and cranny of the town. The host families are located around 10-30 minutes by public transport from the course centre. You will stay in a single or double room with half board. Please note that it is possible to book accommodation in superior standard host families. Some propose a private bathroom to you, at an extra charge.

BELS Residence
Our partner school also proposes staying in an apartment within a student residence. The apartments are located around about 2 minutes away from the school and benefit from a spectacular view of the sea. They include three single or double rooms with air-conditioning. You will share the equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the television living room with the other residents (for an extra charge, you can book a bedroom with a private bathroom). This accommodation option is ideal if you want to get to know the other students and live in a community. A real dive into an international atmosphere!
