Accommodation

Host family
Being immersed in the culture of a country is without doubt one of the best ways to learn the language. Living with a host family is a great opportunity to discover the New Zealand way of life from the inside, the customs and cuisine, and to have a very enriching experience. It’s also a chance to practise English daily in an authentic context. Chosen with care, the families know the school well. Located a maximum of 30 minutes from the school, you will have your own room, half board during the week and full board on the weekends.

Leisure

Leisure, social and sports activities are an important part of our partner school’s program: they also enable students to practise English outside of the classroom. Mountain biking through the forest, or discovering the local flora of Makara Peak? Or sea kayaking in Scorching Bay? The choice is yours! From skiing in July to walks through the numerous national parks, with a multitude of aquatic sports in between… it’s impossible to list all that Wellington has to offer. After days full of adventure, you can spend your evenings enjoying barbeques, nights at the cinema and tasting the best New Zealand vintages with your friends.
