The new course centre of our partner school is located in the very heart of bustling Miami, inside a modern air-conditioned building surrounded by cafés, bars and restaurants. Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive are nearby, as is the beach! In this environment conducive to relaxation, however, you will study English with experienced and motivated teachers in 14 light, spacious classrooms. The large lounge area with comfortable sofas and vending machines for snacks and drinks is the perfect place for chilling and socializing with the other students from all over the world. There is Wi-Fi access provided throughout the school building and a few computers are available to the students. The flat screen TV allows you to watch local TV shows and share your impressions with your international friends.

Host family
Immerse yourself in the daily life of a family from Miami in order to discover the various facets of this vibrant city. You will stay in a single or double room (if you book with a friend) and share the bathroom with the other family members. Breakfast is included. Your hosts will offer you to use the washing machine and provide you with bedlinen and towels.
All of the host families are selected with care; they reside around 30 minutes away from the school and are used to hosting international guests. It is an opportunity to live in total immersion in the language and get a taste of the city’s atmosphere!

Private apartment
By yourself or with a flatmate (only if you book with a friend), you will occupy an apartment including a two-bed or double room, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen area. You will benefit from free Wi-Fi access, weekly housekeeping, and your bedlinen and bath towels will be changed every week. Cable TV and air-conditioning are also provided. It is a great option for students who wish to enjoy independent and comfortable living. Most apartments are located in South Beach and easily reachable from the school with public transport; some are even at walking distance. And of course, all apartments are surrounded by bars, cafés, nightclubs, restaurants and shops – the most glamorous city in the US is on your doorstep!

Studio apartment
The studio apartments offered by our partner school consist of a single room with large bed, kitchen area and lounge area with TV. They are located in the South Beach area, and therefore neighboured by the local amenities of this lively district. The apartments are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi access is free. Bedlinen and towels are provided and changed once a week during weekly housekeeping. There is a 30-minute walk to the school.

Our partner school provides a daily leisure programme, including sports activities, excursions, common outings to discover Miami’s nightlife, and much more. Miami offers a both relaxed and bustling lifestyle – mostly due to its large numbers of Latino immigrants, who contribute to create a festive atmosphere in the city. You will therefore enjoy a thrill-packed stay together with your new international friends. The beach and water sports will take up most of your free time but you will also realise that Miami hosts unexpected treasures such as museums, art galleries and architectural attractions.
