Our partner school is situated in Coral Gables, in the business district of Miami, around 45 minutes away from the famous beaches of South Beach. Close to public transport and shops, the language school building is located close to numerous parks and 2 golf courses. In our partner school, you will find spacious and well-equipped classrooms as well as a multimedia and IT centre. During your breaks, you will be able to relax in the common areas (with computers connected to the Internet, microwaves, vending machines) and benefit from the WiFi access offered by the school. For your meals, you will be able to take advantage of the various restaurants close to the school.

Accommodation

Host family
Host families, carefully selected by our partner school, live between 20 and 60 minutes away from the language school building. Staying in a double or single room, with half board provided, you will share the daily life of your host family whilst practising your English in a friendly atmosphere.

Apartment-studio (from 18 years)
Living with other students is an excellent way of practising your English in a relaxed atmosphere. For this reason, our partner school also proposes sharing with other international students in studio-style apartments, located around 45 minutes away from the school. You will have your own bedroom with a bathroom (bedlinen and bath towels are provided) and will share the kitchen as well as the laundry room (paying). Prices and information on request.

Miami abounds with activities and various attractions. catering for all tastes! Lounge around on the fine sand beaches, visit the numerous museums and art galleries, take a boat trip to admire the coastline, unless you would prefer to spend your time window-shopping in the trendiest shopping centres. Our partner school proposes a well-filled activities calendar so that you will be able to practise your English in an interactive way outside of class. Fanny Derameruz Sun, fun and beach… This pretty much sums up Miami’s atmosphere. The city is a true paradise. I had the opportunity to stay with a family and in a residence. The two accommodation options are excellent! The pluses of residence accommodation: the location close to the beach and to South Beach, and the independence. The Latino influence of the city makes it all the more attractive and gives it a holiday feel. Ideal for combining classes and relaxation. The school is located in downtown Miami and can easily be reached with public transport. The atmosphere is simply great!

As regards transportation, Miami is not as well-served as New York. So you might as well rent a car. This is what I did and I loved it! I could reach the Everglades very easily. There, you can see alligators, take a boat trip in the swamps: unforgettable!

Otherwise, there is Ocean Drive, a street located by the sea, with many little cafés and restaurants where you can go in your free time. Miami’s nightlife is also great: limos, clubs, concerts… everything you need to enjoy the night! Try it out!
