Sun, fun and beach… This pretty much sums up Miami’s atmosphere. The city is a true paradise. I had the opportunity to stay with a family and in a residence. The two accommodation options are excellent! The pluses of residence accommodation: the location close to the beach and to South Beach, and the independence. The Latino influence of the city makes it all the more attractive and gives it a holiday feel. Ideal for combining classes and relaxation. The school is located in downtown Miami and can easily be reached with public transport. The atmosphere is simply great!

As regards transportation, Miami is not as well-served as New York. So you might as well rent a car. This is what I did and I loved it! I could reach the Everglades very easily. There, you can see alligators, take a boat trip in the swamps: unforgettable!

Otherwise, there is Ocean Drive, a street located by the sea, with many little cafés and restaurants where you can go in your free time. Miami’s nightlife is also great: limos, clubs, concerts… everything you need to enjoy the night! Try it out!
