Our partner school occupies a magnificent historical villa at the heart of Taormina. The school has 7 air-conditioned classrooms, a library and a student lounge containing audiovisual material. The course centre also includes a computer room and free Internet access. Within the course centre, you will also find a cafeteria, a kitchen and a magnificent garden of 1000m2, ideal for relaxing between classes and for meeting all of the participants. It is in a convivial environment that you will learn Italian. The emphasis of the teaching is up on oral and written communication. In addition, the Babilonia school puts cooking and art classes, sports activities and concerts in place, allowing you to enrich your linguistic and cultural experience.

Host family
Students are provided with a single room with breakfast, half board or full board provided. It's the ideal option for those who wish to immerse themselves in the Sicilian culture from the beginning to the end of their stay!

Apartment (from 18 years)
There are several apartments (shared or private) available in the town of Taormina. In the shared apartments, there is a kitchen and a bathroom to be shared by the students and the bedrooms are single rooms (or double for two people travelling together).

The school offers many extra-curricular activities that will allow you to meet other students. The programme includes film screenings, games and seminars (Italian literature, Sicilian culture, etc.) Every weekend and some afternoons, excursions are organized to places that only locals know, away from the tourist flow. You will also be invited to socio-cultural activities such as dinners, concerts and plays. The city has tennis courts and fitness centres. If you want to go shopping, you will enjoy discounts with the student card that the school will give you on arrival.
