Our partner school is ideally situated at the heart of Tokyo, easily accessible with public transport from anywhere in the capital. This location allows you to explore the city with ease – from the school it takes only fifteen minutes to get to Shibuya or to the business and nightlife districts of Shinjuku or Ikebukuro. The language centre contains 9 modern and well-equipped classrooms and welcomes students of more than 35 different nationalities.

Courses

Intensive course
Lessons: 20 of 50 minutes
Course duration: 2 to 24 weeks
Levels: Elementary to advanced (Beginners for certain dates)
Students/class: 12 to 18 students
Minimum age: 18 years
Daily schedule: 13:30 - 17:00

Hiragana/katakana course
Lessons: 20 of 50 minutes
Course duration: 2 to 4 weeks
(or 2 to 3 weeks in December)
Levels: Beginner to advanced

Accommodation

Host family
The school has carefully selected a network of host families ready to welcome international students. Students sleep in a private room including half board during the week and full board at the weekend. There is no doubt that this option enables them to deepen their knowledge of Japanese culture and lifestyle whilst having the opportunity to put into practice the language learned in class or in the city. Most of the families are located in the residential districts of Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama and you will need to allow about one hour to travel to school, which is not very long according to Tokyo standards.

Leisure

After lessons the school offers numerous activities enabling students to discover Japanese culture. These activities will enable you to familiarise yourself with everything that makes Japan a unique country, stemming from a thousand-year-old tradition whose codes and morals are still very important in daily life. The school also offers outings for discovering Tokyo and its attractions as well as excursions for those who would like to explore the outdoors and the rest of the country of the Rising Sun.
