Learn English in Bath, England - Scotland
Listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Bath is one of the most beautiful cities in England. Everything dates to the 18th century, when the town was urbanised and rows of houses were built in the town itself as well as throughout the surrounding hills.
More about study in Bath
Well before this, the Romans had discovered a source of hot water (the only one in the country) here and had built a thermal baths complex, the ruins of which are remarkably well preserved. Today, Bath is a university city, where festivals follow one after the other, culminating in May-June with the International Music and Dance Festival. For a small city, Bath has a very broad music scene: rock, pop, techno, jazz and classical. This is partly due to the proximity of Bristol, a beacon for lovers of electro, trip-hop and rock music. And for those who wish to spend a day in London, it’s only 90 minutes away by train!
