The town of Canmore and Banff National Park, only 20 minutes' drive away, enjoy a splendid location in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. After the discovery of hot springs, Banff National Park was declared a protected area in 1885. Canmore, in the province of Alberta, is a peaceful little town, not at all invaded by tourists, with just a few restaurants, a café with Internet access and a grocery store. This intimate and authentic atmosphere is also found in the school, where emphasis is placed on group work, allowing you to really get to know the other students. The raw and pure natural environment is discovered via the numerous activities that students from all over the world participate in with energy and enthusiasm: horse riding, rafting, canoeing, biking, kayaking, climbing, downhill and cross-country skiing, sledding… Canmore is a dream destination for those who want to feel close to nature, those wishing to enliven body and spirit, far from the throes of globalisation, whilst at the same time perfecting their English.
