Located 15 minutes from the city centre and the beach, Dialogo was the first international language school to open in Salvador, 15 years ago. It offers a wide range of courses (in group or private) for students from all over the world. The teachers are all Brazilian and dedicate approximately 50% of the course time to spoken language practice. The school is modern and well equipped: it has air-conditioned classrooms, a multimedia room, a kitchen for local gastronomy courses, a sports field, and free Internet access.

Optional courses
Twice a week you can follow optional complementary courses: introduction to Afro-Brazilian culture, Brazilian gastronomy, and Brazilian dance and percussion.

Accomodation

Host family
Families are chosen with great care by our partner school. They all live near the school, in the city centre. You can choose from single or double rooms and most of the families offer two meals or just breakfast. Staying with a host family will allow you to immerse yourself in Brazilian culture.
Hostel
Situated in one of the most energetic neighbourhoods of the old city, a few steps away from the famous “Pelourinho”, this accommodation is perfect for students seeking total autonomy. The rooms are simple and clean, and toilets and bathrooms are shared. The hostel is 2.5 miles
from the school and has excellent public transport links.

Leisure

The school takes great care in introducing you to Brazilian culture. It offers a wide range of activities within the school (dance, music, gastronomy, etc.), in the city (concerts, guided visits to markets, cultural sites or parks) or at the beach (sunset parties, capoeira and water sports), as well as excursions to surrounding cities accompanied by local guides who will help you explore the region more thoroughly than ordinary tourists.
