School

Our partner school ECELA is situated right near the centre of Bariloche, its shops and cafés. In a modern building, the school has spacious and comfortable classrooms. The student lounge and the terrace overlooking the large garden will allow you to get to know the other international students better. The considerable size of the school, and the low density of students per class (max. 6 students) lets you study Spanish in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with motivated, experienced teachers available to help you.

Accommodation

Host Family
Staying with a host family will allow you to get the most out of your stay. It’s the best way to guarantee direct contact with the local lifestyle, to discover the Argentinean culture and to practise the Spanish language every day. Located no more than 20 minutes from the school, you will have your own room and breakfast and dinner provided daily.
Shared Apartments
If you would like to be more independent, our partner school also offers accommodation in shared apartments. Prices are available on request.

Leisure

Ideally located between a lake and mountains, Bariloche is the departure point for magnificent trekking trails and offers numerous other sporting activities: skiing in winter (from June to September) in Cerro Catedral for example, rafting, climbing or hiking in the Nahuel Huapi National Park, boat trips on the lake to Victoria Island, the Los Arrayanes forest, Huemul Island or Puerto Blest. You can also enjoy the charms of Bariloche, the location of choice for many Argentinean students celebrating the end of their schooling. The majority of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, not forgetting the chocolate shops, patisseries and tea salons, are just moments from the school and your accommodation.
