The school is located in a colonial building a few blocks away from the Plaza de Armas, the city’s main square. The course centre has 25 different sized classrooms; the smallest ones are used for individual courses. It has a spacious social room, a multimedia room and a sunny terrace. A part of the building is reserved for accommodation.

Combined volunteering programme and language course
This is a great opportunity to combine your Spanish courses with a truly constructive experience. Volunteering offers the opportunity to bridge the gap that often exists between Peruvian natives and foreign visitors. There are various areas to choose from, including social assistance, education, and medical assistance.The combined volunteering internship programme will last at least 8 weeks (4 weeks of Spanish courses and 4 weeks of volunteering). If you choose this programme, accommodation will be in the school’s student residence.

Accomodation

Host family
Staying with a host family is a unique opportunity to make the most of your language course. You will plunge yourself in Peruvian language and culture, and so enhance your language skills. You will have a single room with all meals included.
Student residence
The residence is in the same building as the school. It is ideal accommodation if you want to stay in the city centre, have daily contact with international students and live near the school. You will share toilets and bathrooms as well as the kitchen and other social rooms. Two meals per day are provided.

Leisure

Just in front of the school are the Inca ruins of Machu-Pichu, the richest archaeological site in . In June, two of Cusco’s most important festivities take place, providing a great opportunity to experience the amalgam of beliefs that are present in Peru: the “Inti Raymi”(God of the Sun) festival and the “Qoylli Ritti” god festivities. On a cultural level, the city offers a range of attractions: temples, ruins, museums and churches, as well as the most important sites of the Inca Empire. Nature lovers will be thrilled by the different natural reserves, with the “Manu” protected area containing the world’s widest biological diversity. The school also organizes a wide range of social activities that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.
