Our partner school Enforex is situated in the famous Eixample district, between the Plaza Cataluña and the Plaza España, close to the Gran Via, Las Ramblas and the University. The school is housed in a 4-storey building that has been especially fitted out for studying. There are 56 spacious and air-conditioned classrooms, a modern library, a video lounge and a computer room with free Internet and WiFi access. To relax after class, you can spend some time in the gymnasium or meet up with your friends in the cafeteria to chat over a coffee, unless you would prefer to enjoy the sunshine on the school’s terrace. Enforex also welcomes Spanish students, ideal for meeting native Spanish speakers and practising your Spanish after classes.

The course + internship programme takes place over a minimum duration of 12 weeks (4 weeks of classes + 8 weeks of internship). If you so wish and according to your level of Spanish, you can advance your stay with additional weeks of classes before the internship period. You can also extend the internship period at the end of your stay depending on availability and the needs of your host company. Nevertheless, please note that it is strongly advised against to carry out an internship during the month of August (little availability, additional fees).
The programme is divided into 2 parts and is aimed at people of more than 18 years:

1. General standard Spanish course(20+5)
or Business Spanish course* (20+5)
A minimum duration of 4 weeks or as many weeks as necessary in order to reach upper intermediate level (level 6, see table), obligatory for carrying ou the second part of the programme and for taking full advantage of this experience.

(accredited by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
This course is aimed at participants who have already reached level 6. It has been specially put in place for this type of programme as it will allow you to have, in addition to the general Spanish classes (10 lessons per week), more specific classes centred directly on Business Spanish and working life in Spain (at a rate of 10 lessons per week).
2. Career guidance + Internship
Duration: minimum 8 weeks, unpaid, in the professional field chosen by the candidate according to his/her interests, his/her eventual professional experiences and language level.

Accommodation

Host family
Staying with a host family is the ideal option for discovering the local culture and practising your Spanish on a daily basis. The families are carefully selected and are situated around 30 minutes by public transport away from the language school. Students stay in a double or single room with half board provided. This experience will allow you to get to know the way of life of people in Barcelona from the inside, their customs, culinary habits and in this way, you will get a taste of local hospitality.

Shared apartment (from 18 years)
This accommodation option is very popular in Spain. Living around 30 minutes away from the language school, you will stay in a single or double room and will share the common rooms and the household chores with the other students. Staying in a shared apartment is advantageous from a financial point of view and an excellent opportunity to share the festive atmosphere of Barcelona with new friends.
