I feel my English has improved because I can practise it everyday with friends, teachers and the family. What I mostly like about Ireland is the people, the green hills, the beautiful beaches, the Irish accent and of course the pubs!

Studying at International House Dublin is very interesting if you want to improve your level of English.  Every day, there is a lively social and cultural programme.  The school is located near the city centre and the people are friendly and out-going.  I love my classroom and my teachers because they always find a way to interest me.  I have made lots of new friends from different countries who I talk to and go out with in the evenings.

During our classes, we had a wide range of subjects including exercises in listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar. Our small class allowed us to interact more with each other and the teacher. I now feel more confident in conversing with other people and we are more likely to use the language. The school staff has been very friendly and available and always open to arrange excursions or other services (car rental, hotel reservations, shuttles etc..) During my stay in Fort Lauderdale I’ve made a lot of friends from all over the world with whom we went to different places and enjoyed our leisure time in Florida.

My experience in Madrid that ESL recommended exceeded all my expectations. Not only did I learn enough Spanish in 3 weeks to feel comfortable getting around the city on my own, but I also had fun doing it. The class was small and all the students were very well matched by their levels of knowledge. Each day was split into 2 sessions with different teachers who complemented each other very well. I could tell that they really cared about us being able to learn practical things we could use right away, rather than spending too much time on theory. They offered a good mix of games, conversations and exercises that made the day go by really quickly.
