School

Our partner school is located in Toronto city centre, in a brand new building especially designed and equipped to offer a first-class environment and facilities to students. In addition to the 43 classrooms dedicated to English classes, the two computerised language labs and Internet areas (WiFi connection throughout the building), the school also has common rooms made available to students in order that they may relax and get to know each other in an international and multicultural environment. Close to the ILSC language school, you will find the main attractions of Toronto and its lively districts which abound with bars, restaurants and discos.

Courses

Trimester, semester, academic year
The Toromto programme, unique in its kind, puts an emphasis on the interests of each participant and gives the opportunity to take long-term courses which are varied and tailor-made according to the interests of each person. The academic courses proposes in Toronto distinguish themselves by the choices of themed options. Every 4 weeks, the students can either continue to progress with the same option or change the direction of the course theme according to your objectives and interests. This dynamic allows you to focus the learning of the language on general topics (conversation, grammar, listening and comprehension, pronunciation, etc.) and specific topics (preparation for official exams like the Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC Vantage certificates, TOEIC or TOEFL, Business English, journalism, multimedia, etc.). The programmes can also be based on more creative themed options such as English through theatre or the creation of films in a team.

Accommodation

Host family
Canadian families are known for their warm welcome and for making their guests feel right at home. Host families live in the residential areas of Toronto, which offers a certain quality of life, but which means having to use public transport to get to the school. Students stay in single rooms and have half board or full board provided. This option is ideal for immersing yourself in the Canadian culture and for practising English in all of the situations of everyday life. It's also the opportunity to make friends for life in Canada. For more flexibility, it is also possible to book accommodation without meals included. In this case, you can still use the family's kitchen.

Residence, apartment, hotel
Other accommodation options in residences, shared or private apartments or else in hotels are also available.
