Language school St Petersburg, Liden & Denz

Our partner school in St. Petersburg is ideally located close to the famous shopping street, Nevski Prospekt, and close to two charming parks and the Russian Museum. The course centre has facilities which will allow you to learn Russian in good conditions, including thirteen well-equipped classrooms, a library, a resource centre and a computer room with free Internet access. For when you want a bite to eat, you will find hot and cold snacks, but also drinks in the school refectory. With the metro, which is located only five minutes' walk away, you will easily access the various attractions of the city. During your breaks, you will be able to go for a walk along the banks of the Fontanka river where magnificent residences of the former Russian nobility tower up. A tourist information and reservation service is available to you within the course centre.

Host family
The host families are located 50 minutes from the school and propose accommodation in a single room (double room on request) to you. During the week, you will benefit from breakfast or half board, and during the weekend, full board will be offered to you. All of the families have been selected according to their sense of welcome and their availability, in order to offer students a comfortable setting where you will be able to practise the language skills acquired in class on a daily basis.

Shared apartment
If you wish to live in a more independent way and in a student atmosphere, accommodation in one of the shared apartments proposed by our partner school is the ideal solution. You will stay in a single room and will share the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with your flatmates. The apartment includes a television, a telephone, a vacuum cleaner, and bedlinen is provided.

The school proposes an activities programme which favours the meeting of and exchanges between students. It is also a good means of familiarising yourself with a city which contains countless artistic treasures, notably within the walls of the Hermitage Museum. During guided visits, you will hear tales of the Russia of the Tsars or of Dostoïevski. In the summer, parties are organised and the school can help you plan your visits and trips to discover St. Petersburg or the rest of the country.
