ESL is a member of the Guarantee fund of the Swiss travel industry which was created by the Swiss Federation of Travel Agencies and which receives the support of the largest tour operators, in the form of an independent foundation. The Guarantee fund of the Swiss travel industry reimburses the fixed amounts of your language study trip abroad in the case of failure or insolvency of the service provider before your departure. Following your departure, the fees of your return journey are also taken care of.
