10/05/2010 Volcano: what do you do if your flight is cancelled?
Small reminder of the procedure to follow in case of a consequent delay or cancellation of your flight.
1. On weekdays (+ Saturday): Contact your reference person in Switzerland (+41 21 962 88 80), his/her name is written on the documents sent to you prior to departure.
2. Sunday: Call the emergency number of the school (documents sent prior to departure) to inform them, and if necessary, cancel the transfer planned between the airport and the school. On Monday morning, from 8.30 a.m., contact your IAC reference person.
It is your responsibility to get in contact with the company with which you are flying, in order to find out which other flight you will be put on.
