ILEC and ICFE exam preparation courses
The Wimbledon School of English runs three preparation sessions for the renowned ILEC and ICFE Cambridge exams throughout the year.

These four-week courses are intensive and comprehensive, offering optimum conditions to prepare for the exams effectively: small class sizes limited to 14 students, 28 lessons (i.e. 23 hours and 20 minutes) per week and up to two hours of self-study per day set by the tutors to meet the students' needs.

These preparation courses are open to anyone with at least Level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (upper intermediate).

Whether you work in a financial or legal context, these internationally recognized exams will be an asset to drive your career forward!

International Legal English with Cambridge (ILEC) Preparation
Especially designed for law students and practising lawyers, this course helps you improve all four English skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) and learn legal terminology and how to use it appropriately. The main focus of the course is on commercial law, with particular emphasis on company law and contracts. You will also study many other areas of law, such as intellectual property, employment law, competition, international law, corporate law, environmental law, etc. – and work on specific exam techniques.

The course includes a visit to the Royal Courts of Justice in London.

International Financial English with Cambridge (ICFE) Preparation
This course is designed for finance and accounting professionals who wish to develop their English skills in order to interact effectively in an international finance environment. They will learn specific financial vocabulary and how to use it and get familiar with ICFE’s specific exam techniques. Among the many topics covered by the course, you will learn about financial reporting, acquisitions and mergers, investment banking, economic conditions and forecasts, auditing, banking, corporate governance, the stock market, etc.

At the end of the course, you will be able to take the ICFE exam.
