Travel guarantee

ESL is a member of the Travel guarantee fund of the Swiss travel industry. Created by the Swiss Federation of Travel Agents, the guarantee fund of the Swiss travel industry certifies that each member satisfies criteria of competence and solvency fixed by the Foundation council and reimburses the all-inclusive amounts of your language study stay, in a case of bankruptcy or insolvency of the service provider before or after your departure.

ESL is a full member of SALTA. Founded in 2003, SALTA (Swiss Association of Language Travel Agents) has the aim of establishing precise and homogenous quality norms and to check that they are respected. The members of SALTA guarantee their clients the greatest security possible with regard to the quality and seriousness of their services and of the language schools proposed.
