Language training programmes for professionals begin in theory every Monday. Some schools propose specific courses in mini groups on fixed dates. The tailor-made programmes of one-to-one lessons may be organised according to your availability and wishes.

* As soon as we receive your enrolment, ESL- Language studies abroad confirms your language study programme to you within 7 working days. This confirmation includes booking details for courses, accommodation and the journey. A deposit is to be paid upon receipt of this.
* We send you a definitve invoice detailing the various services and benefits 5 to 6 weeks prior to your departure. You must pay the balance, in Euro, Swiss Francs or a foreign currency, before your departure.

ESL also proposes the booking of flights or trains for any destination to you, at very competitive prices. Please do not hesitate to ask us for an offer without obligation. If you mention it in the enrolment form, we will send you a price offer for a favourable flight without obligation on your behalf.

It is difficult to find a range of insurances which offers better cover for this price: travel insurance, cancellation, assistance, exam cancellation, cancellation in case of unemployment / unexpected taking up of employment. On request, we will send you complete information relating to this subject at the same time as the confirmation of enrolment for your language study programme. Travel abroad with peace of mind!

If you wish, ESL-Language studies abroad can book and organise a personalised welcoming service and an airport (or train station) transfer, as far as your accommodation. This benefit is particularly appreciable following a long journey and allows for a « soft landing ».

You will receive your travel documents approximately 10 days prior to your departure. These include your travel guide, the detailed description of your accommodation, your plane ticket, your flight plan and general information on your language school and your destination.

By enrolling in advance, you benefit from more attractive prices on your flight and you will have all of the time necessary to carry out all of the administrative steps. The prices indicated on the website are valid for the current year. If you are thinking about travelling abroad for a language study stay next year, you can use these prices as a basis for planning ahead. The prices and dates for next year are generally available from July onwards.

According to the chosen destination or the duration of your language study stay, a visa may be necessary. ESL-Language studies abroad guides you during the various administrative steps and helps you to obtain the necessary documents.
