Language school Ardingly, Summer junior camp in Ardingly

Our partner school welcomes students between 10 and 15 years, of all levels of English. The spacious and comfortable classrooms offer all of the necessary material for learning the language. In addition to the course centre, Ardingly also offers a large number of sports facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, 18 tennis courts, a sports hall for football, badminton and basketball, as well as pitches or courts where you will be able to play volleyball or other team sports. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere on the Ardingly campus have an unforgettable language study stay in store for you!

Residence
Our partner school in Ardingly proposes residence accommodation, on the same grounds as the school, Two large houses, which are new and comfortable, accommodate students in single rooms or in bedrooms to be shared with other participants. You will find a sink in each of them and several bathrooms are available to be shared, In order to relax after classes and to chat with friends, you will be able to make use out of the large common rooms with TV/DVD. Our partner school's supervision team is present on a 24-hour basis and at night, a group leader is available to students on every floor of the residence.

Our partner school has excellent sports facilities which help fill the activities programme in summer. Students will have the choice between football, basketball, volleyball or swimming, In addition to sports, numerous group activities are proposed on the school grounds, including creative workshops, disco, cinema or even BBQ evenings. Perfect for spending time with your new friends and speaking English in a relaxed way outside of class. As regards excursions, the school's activities coordinators organise visits to surrounding towns each week in order that students may discover the region of West Sussex. Head off to visit Brighton, the beach, London or go on a crossing on the Thames! Have fun!

Tennis option
Improve your English as much as your serve and volley! The training, matches and good advice provided by your coach will allow you to give of your best with your racket! The tennis lessons take place in the afternoon, 3 times a week, and are supervised by qualified LTA professionals.

Sailing-watersports option
With this option, you will learn the basics of boat handling - including sailing, dinghy sailing, kayaking and windsurfing - with experienced instructors. The sessions take place in the afternoon, 3 times a week, on the artificial lake of the Ardingly reservoir, close to the school.

Please note: it is not possible to combine a sporting option with an intensive course in the same week.
