Language school Ascona, Teenagers programme (13-17)

Our partner school enjoys an ideal location, a stone's throw away from the banks of Lake Maggiore. It has been developed in a magnificent building dating from the 14th century, a former convent equipped today with a modern sports complex, a refined combination of history and modernity. The course centre has first-choice teaching and sports equipment, including large and comfortable classrooms equipped with audiovisual material, a computer room with free Internet access, an auditorium, a cinema room, a billiards table as well as tennis courts, football pitches and basketball courts.

Residence
In Ascona, the students stay in the "Casa Santa Amalia" residence, located 200 metres away from the course centre. The accommodation is in a double or triple room with a private bathroom and includes full board. Supervisors stay on-site in order to ensure the safety and well-being of the students. Meals are served in the refectory, except on Wednesday evening, day of the "beach party". During your leisure time, you will be able to make use of the room made available to students to watch a DVD or simply chat with your friends.

Football, basketball, handball, ping-pong, badminton, trekking, swimming, beach games and beach volleyball...You will be spoilt for choice for filling your free time. Those in charge in the school propose various sports activities each afternoon as well as team games such as quizzes or treasure hunts. These moments will give you the opportunity to get to know the other students of the school better and to practise English whilst enjoying yourself. In addition, excursions organised to discover
