Language school Berlin, Juniors program (13 - 17 years)

Our partner school is located in the pleasant Grunewald district, also called Berlin’s Green lung, just 30 minutes away from the city centre with public transport. The course centre enjoys a convenient location to the south west of the city, which allows you to reach the Wannsee lake, museums and shopping streets quickly, or else Potsdam and the airport in 40 minutes. The school provides its international students with a terrace, a garden, Internet-ready computers and vending machines. Whether you are interested in culture, shopping sports or music, the summer camp in Berlin will be the starting point for all of your discoveries!

Residence
All of the classrooms, the cafeteria and the accommodation are located in one sole building, which is good as there is no travelling involved. The school exclusively proposes accommodation in its residence. You will share your room with 3 other students. In your bedroom, you will have the use of a bathroom with a shower and a wardrobe for putting your personal belongings. The rooms are cleaned daily and full board is provided on-site. You will feel comfortable in the residence and will definitely enjoy its first class facilities. The staff members who supervise the camp stay in this same residence and are available 24h/24 to ensure the security of the students.

Discover Berlin
From the German Parliament to the National Art Gallery, from the zoo to the Olympic Stadium and the German Historical Museum, you won't have time to get bored in Berlin. The group leaders, who know the city like the back of their hand, will take charge of organising cultural and historical visits in order that you can make the most out of your stay in the capital. The location of the residence allows for easy access to the main interesting sites of this magnificent city which overflows with energy.

Activities and excursions
On the programme after classes: two activities per day! The first one, in the afternoon, usually offers cultural and sports outings, whilst the evening activity is generally dedicated to fun activities: cinema, karaoke, barbecue parties... An opportunity to relax and enjoy yourself, after an already busy day! Every Saturday during the full-day excursion, the group leaders of the school invite you to discover the surroundings of Berlin, including Potsdam, the beaches of Lake Wannsee or else the canals of the Spreewald during a boat trip. Thus, you will be able to use your newly acquired language knowledge at all times with your friends of different nationalities.

Optional activities:
German + horse riding
German + tennis

Please note: it is not possible to combine either two optional activities together or an optional activity and a communication or one-to-one course in the same week.
