Linguaviva
The Linguaviva school is very experienced in the organisation of language courses for juniors and is recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education. It is located in the heart of Villaggio Adriatico, a holiday village surrounded by pine forests and bordered by the sea. You will therefore have access to a private beach and all available sporting facilities: swimming pool, tennis court, beach volleyball, basketball and more. A day at Linguaviva includes a morning of lessons, multiple sports, social and cultural activities under the leadership of your monitors, and accommodation with full board. During summer, Italian children and adolescents who spend their holidays in the Linguaviva juniors centre also frequent the Villaggio Adriatico.

Courses

On your arrival, you will sit an evaluation test to determine your linguistic level. All levels are offered at Linguaviva: from beginner to advanced. You will have 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day, from Monday to Saturday. The teachers at Linguaviva provide lively teaching that is centred on the development of oral skills. Classes do not exceed 12 participants, which allows teachers to be attentive to the individual needs of each student. At the end of your stay, you will receive a study certificate from Linguaviva.

Accommodation

You will stay in a residence at the heart of the Villaggio Adriatico. Here, you will occupy a triple bedroom with a bathroom, with roommates of your age and sex. The three meals of the day are served at the residence’s restaurant. Common games and TV rooms are available to you. The entire team supervising your stay (teachers, monitors and the house staff) live in the residence to ensure your progress, your wellbeing and your safety.

Leisure

All activities are organised according to the interests of the different age groups and are sometimes taken with young Italian participants on vacation camp. It’s an ideal setting for practising Italian and making new friends from all over the world. Experienced monitors will offer you a multitude of sports like beach volleyball, skateboarding or football, artistic activities such as Italian singing or writing a journal, and social activities such as discos and BBQs on the beach. Cultural activities that will give you the chance to visit, as a day excursion, cities like Venice, Verona, Trieste or Udine, are also on the program.
