The Working Holiday Visa programme

This programme relies on the Working Holiday Visa, which results from an bilateral agreement with the Australian government. It is available for the citizens of the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, South Korea, Spain, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Malta, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Taiwan. You are obliged to obtain your electronic visa (e-visa) directly on the website of the Australian Embassy. The visa will be granted to you for a duration of twelve months, to be counted from your arrival on Australian soil. It will allow you to do all sorts of small jobs for a maximum duration of six months with each employer. You can also, if you wish, study during a maximum of 16 weeks over the twelve months of your stay. Don't forget that the aim is to discover Australia whilst financing your daily life and your activities thanks to the fruit of your labour.


Conditions
Main conditions to be fulfilled in order to make a request for the «Working Holiday Visa»:
• Must be more than 18 years and less than 31 years.
• Must have an optical passport from a candidate country for the «Working Holiday Visa»
• Must not have children to support.
• Must give proof of at least 3000 Euros in a bank account under your name.

Working Holiday Visa
In order to obtain the Working Holiday Visa, you only need to go to the website of the Australian Embassy (http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-holiday/417/index.htm) and fill in the visa request forms online. It's simple and quick.
The visa fees (AUD 420 / EUR ~295)  are to be paid by bank card.
Within a deadline of 2 to 5 working days, you will receive the confirmation of the visa obtention.
