Live and study in your teacher's home and learn the language of your choice in the country of your choice. Are you someone who sat alone at the back of the class and never found yourself in realistic conditions for mastering a foreign language? Shyness? Lack of motivation? Specific individual needs? Or simply too little time available? We've got the solution! Our partner Home Language International offers teaching of unrivalled quality which is a result of the effectiveness of its method: offering the student total immersion in the teacher's home and focusing one-to-one lessons directly on the student's specific needs. This method applies to everyone, there is no age limit for our participants! You have a choice between 15, 20, 25 or 30 hours of one-to-one lessons per week.

One-to-one lessons are ideal for achieving specific objectives. They are particularly suitable for professionals who need to acquire specific language skills in their field, for students wishing to prepare for an exam individually and for all those who want to deepen their language knowledge in a targeted way. You will benefit from unique learning conditions in your teacher's home. For example, conversation during meals, trips and other social contacts will take place exclusively in the language that you are studying. Living with your teacher means that you will get optimal use out of every moment in order to achieve your objectives, not only during lessons but also during the other moments of the day that you spend together. You will have neither the opportunity to speak in your mother tongue nor to withdraw from this total immersion; your teacher will take dedicate all of their time to you and at your own pace as you will be their only student (unless you prefer the option of two students with one teacher: see options).
Options
Programme for two students in the teacher's home
Students who choose this programme arrive with a person of their choice who must be at the same language level, have the same objectives and arrive on the same dates because they will be taking lessons together. There is a 20% reduction for each student.
Special cocooning for under 18s
The teacher and their family spend a reasonable amount of time with the students, as they would with a friend staying with them, but they do not necessarily accompany the students at all times. The Cocooning option guarantees the continued presence of the teacher or of an adult member of their family. The supplement for this option is GBP 175, USD 280 or EUR 280 per week, depending on the destination.
Business language programme and private bathroom
This programme is adapted for professionals who need to acquire a specialised vocabulary (business, medicine, law, computing, architecture, tourism, etc.) and includes a private bathroom for their comfort.
Preparatory course for official English language exams (PET, B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL) Supplement of GBP 98, EUR 140, or USD 140 per week. The exam does not take place on the premises.
Course without board Deduct the following amounts per week: GBP 100, EUR 150 or USD 150 from the standard programme price.
Christmas and New Year programme
Supplement of GBP 100, USD 150, or EUR 150 (covers the entire stay) for a booking including the 24, 25 or 26 Dec (Christmas) or 31 Dec or 1st Jan (New Year).
