ZDfB - Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf

The ZDfB recognises your ability to communicate in spoken and written German in common situations in the professional world. You must be able to understand and write business texts and to communicate in an adequate fashion with colleagues and professional partners.

Level required?
The ZDfB requires a good mastery of the German language: Zertifikat Deutsch (ZD) level or equivalent.

What does the ZDfB (Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf) consist of?
The ZDfB contains 3 tests: written comprehension (correspondence), listening comprehension (from an audio document) and speaking.
You will be questioned on the standard expressions of business German.

The ZDfB is especially oriented towards the professional world and is more and more recognised internationally in business and industry.
