Once you have enrolled, you will receive confirmation within 7 working days. This confirmation includes booking details for courses, accommodation and travel. A deposit is to be paid upon receipt.

You will receive a full invoice 5 to 6 weeks prior to your departure, to be paid before your departure in the currency of your choice.

Simply mention it while signing up for a course and we will send you a competitive offer for flights. You are, of course, also free to arrange your own transport. 

Courses start each Monday (unless that day is a national holiday). Certain business language courses are only available on fixed dates – you can find these on the pages of the schools or on the course finder tool. Tailor-made programmes and one-to-one lessons are completely flexible.  

Better prices on transport are usually available if you book earlier, and we offer special discounts for advanced bookings.

We offer a wide range of insurance options, to cover all eventualities. Travel and health insurance are essential. 

Let us know if you require transfers from a train station or airport to your accommodation and we will arrange them. 

You will receive your travel documents approximately 10 days prior to your departure. These include a travel guide, detailed description of your accommodation, plane ticket, your flight plan and general information on your language school and destination. 

Teaching does not take place on national holidays. If the classes are not compensated for by our partner schools, the missed hours are not refunded. 

If you need a visa for your destination, ESL – Language studies abroad will guide you through the process. 

The prices indicated on the website are valid for the current year. If you are thinking about travelling abroad for a language study stay next year, you can use these prices as a basis for planning ahead. The prices and dates for next year are generally available from July onwards.
