I had an amazing time, and it was an incredible and highly positive experience that I would repeat time and time again. What’s more, London is a really pretty city to visit. I came to study at Kings for three weeks to improve my general language level. In addition to improving my fluency while speaking and widening my vocabulary, I met people from all over the world and had an unforgettable experience.

All the staff that work there is very friendly and if you have any problem, just ask and they’ll resolve it immediately. I would recommend and repeat this experience without a doubt. In relation to my host family, everything was satisfactory. I stayed in a home very close to the Kings school, another plus for this great experience.

Thank you so much, ESL Seville, for all of the planning. It was a highly positive solo trip!

Kings, South London (English course + Law)

I wanted to study here at Kings to improve not only my level of general English, but also my knowledge of legal English. Holding a degree both in business administration and management and in law, I believe that studying here is an opportunity to further my legal career.

On one hand, during the classes we learned a considerable amount of new terms and vocabulary, which are clearly important from many points of view: from the perspective of someone seeking to pass a specific exam or to someone who simply wishes to improve their CV or learn general English for daily life.

On the other hand, the shared apartments that belong to Kings are just a few minutes away and the perfect convenience for someone interested in studying here. In addition to its privileged nearby location and having every necessary service, the living spaces are new and perfectly equipped for daily use.

I chose Kings because it seemed friendly and I knew that the distance from accommodation to school was not far. What I like about the school is that it is international, well organized and the staff is very helpful. The courses and the teacher are awesome. The school is very well situated, there are shops in Beckenham it is close to Bromley and not far from London city. Regarding accommodation, I changed family once but the second one is awesome and I don't really want to leave that house. I enjoy everything about London, it is the best place ever, I wish I didn't have to leave. The culture is fantastic and people are so carefree compared to Switzerland! I already recommended this school to my cousin.

I chose Kings because ESL recommended me this school.

What I like about the school is the building, which is new and very bright. The classrooms are really good and the atmosphere is very friendly.

I enjoyed staying with a host family, it is the most amazing thing I've ever done: staying with the family, speaking with them and also trying to understand.

At the beginning, I was put in a class with a level too low for me. But since I moved to a higher group, I’ve really enjoyed the course and my teacher because she's friendly and she does everything she can to make us feel good.

I enjoy my life here in London, it is perfect.

I would definitively recommend Kings because I had an amazing experience and the place is perfect. All Kings' staff members are friendly and they go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Thank you for everything!

I’m following the course “Diploma of English” to improve my language skills for my future job, where I need to relate to people from all over the world. The teachers at Kings are very experienced, they also teach business English and specific courses to improve our conversation skills. The school is located in a beautiful building, the course is not too difficult and I met a lot of new friends. Beckenham is a safe area, it is very easy to get around and I go to Central London twice or three times a week. I recommend everyone to visit the London Eye in the evening! My host family is an elderly lady with a 37-year-old son, they are very nice and friendly and it only takes me 20 minutes on foot to get to school, I usually walk there with another student from Saudi Arabia. This experience abroad is a really good means to meet other students from other countries and to become more independent!

The reason why I chose Kings London was because I wanted to study and live outside of London but also be near London for visits in my free time. I walked all around London. I visited all kinds of attractions and museums. I like the school because it is small, friendly, nice people and a good mix of nationalities. I like the fact that the host, the shops and the school are in the same area. The course is good for me and they monitor your level well. I love British food and British people! The school was really good, the host was perfect — I choose the Homestay Extra self-catering option. I couldn’t dream better than that! I would recommend Kings 100%. In fact I might book another course with my boyfriend next year at Kings.
