Founded in 1991, Langue Onze is located right in the centre of Toulouse, in the historic centre, 5 minutes’ walk from the Place du Capitole and 2 minutes from the metro. Classes take place in 7 bright, air-conditioned classrooms, on the 1st and 3rd floors of a charming building with an interior courtyard. Facilities include a student lounge, reading room and computer lab with free internet access. Internationally recognised for the quality of its teaching, the school employs skilled, enthusiastic and dynamic teachers. Alongside the group classes, the school offers an optional “Tandem” programme, where you pair up with a French native outside of school to become further immersed in the language and culture.

Do you think you've made progress?
« Ja! »

Do you think you've made progress?
« I think I made a lot of progress in language, but I also became more independent and improved the relationships to the other students I traveled with. Even though or maybe because the school on level B2 was quite hard, I really improved my written and spoken French. Living in a host family also helped a lot. My host mother was a teacher for foreign people herself, so she always knew how to talk to me and how to help me underdstand unknown words. I think I can speak way better now, maybe also because I'm not as afraid of actually using my french skills anymore. I became more confident and dare to speak way more, even if I'm not sure if it is right or not. I also learned many new words and word structures I can use. My host mother even tought me how to pronounce certain words properly. So my language study travel definitely helped me improve a lot. »
School highlights
« I really liked studying in small classes. It felt much more individual than being in a room with twenty other people. Every single student could ask every single question they had and the teacher was able to help everyone. I also liked that our teacher always forced us to speak a lot. Sometimes it was kind of annoying and difficult, but talking is what makes you improve the most. »
