In small interactive classes, you will gain an excellent understanding of the essentials of business management in the current global business environment. During the academic part, students will discuss global issues, prepare presentations, do team projects and extend their research skills. Main themes covered by the course include: business in the global context, marketing planning and execution, how groups and individual behaviours work within an organisation, communication in business and cross-cultural environments, the management process (including planning, organising, directing and controlling organisation activities), basics of contract law and legal terminology.
Completion of the Diploma in International Business Management qualifies you for entry in the Certificate in Supervisory Management programme offered by the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM).
