Ready for Work programme
The programme starts with a 4-week general English course, which includes two afternoons per week of workshops on practical topics like customer service, wine service, reception and telephone skills, CV building, presentation skills and body language. After the 4 weeks, you’ll proceed on to 2 weeks of unpaid on-the-job training in the hospitality industry. During this time, you’ll receive full-time training and learn basic health and safety knowledge, how to take food and beverage orders, silver service and sommelier skills. After these 2 weeks, if you’ve completed your trial period successfully, you’ll be offered a full-time contract for 3-9 months!
