Our partner school is located in the centre of Berkeley, only a stone's throw away from the University and close to the main bus and subway lines. The school has 9 classrooms, a library, 2 computer rooms with free Internet access as well as 3 areas with a WiFi connection. The outdoor common areas will allow you to relax between classes and chat with your new friends over a coffee. Around the school, you will find Berkeley’s Asian district with its numerous theatres, jazz clubs, cafés and restaurants and the heart of San Francisco is only around 25 minutes away by subway.

Host family

Staying with a Californian family means sharing in the way of life of a new culture daily and having an unforgettable experience. The families are chosen with care, know the school well and are situated around 30-45 minutes away from the language school building. Students stay in singel rooms and have half board provided.

Residence "Martin Luther King" (from 21 years)
This small residence, run by a couple of housekeepers, proposes accommodation in a double room with breakfast included from Monday to Friday. Students have free access to the bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room as well as the lounge which has a TV and fireplace.

You won’t have time to get bored! Sports fans are sure to have plenty to cheer about, with teams like the 49ers in American football, or the Giants in baseball.
