Language school Paris, Accord

At the heart of Paris, between the Opéra, the Louvre and Notre-Dame, our French language partner school is ideally located for those who wish to study French whilst enjoying all of the charms of the capital. Located on the second floor of a typically Parisian Haussmanian-style building, the 20 classrooms are spacious and equipped with audiovisual material. During breaks, you will be able to go to meet and have a chat with other students in the cafeteria. There, you will also find a large selection of French newspapers and magazines, as well as the school’s cultural programme. Computers are available for surfing the Internet and checking your e-mails.

During the high season and depending on the number of participants, the school offers extra classrooms close to the main course centre.

Host family
The school selects a network of quality host families to allow students to gain the maximum benefit from their stay. Having the chance to share meals with the family means that you can practise your French and adapt to daily life in France with greater ease and pleasure. You will have your own room and all the families live close to the city centre, at a maximum of 30 minutes by train from the school.

Apartment/studio
Our partner school Accord in Paris proposes to you to stay in the heart of the city in one of the apartments of the hotel residence Appart'City. You will be able to live in one of the 84 studios. They are equipped with a microwave, hotplates, a refrigerator, an electric coffee maker and pots and pans. Each studio is also equipped with a stowaway bed, a table, a desk with chairs, a TV, a telephone, a shower, a kit of sheets and towels, and a toilet. The residence includes a lift as well as access for people with reduced mobility. A fax/photocopying machine is located at the reception. Internet access as well as breakfast are at an extra charge.

Adagio residence (Porte de Versailles)
Ideal for those who wish to enjoy total independence while having the opportunity to meet students from the whole world, the residence offered by our partner school provides modern facilities and flexibility. You can indeed choose from a studio (1 to 2 people) and a single room in a 4-bedroom apartment. In any case, you will have the use of a kitchen, a bathroom with toilets, a television and a telephone. Cleaning is done once a week, sheets and towels are provided. By subway, it will take you some 20 minutes to go to the course centre.

Le 300 (La Bastille)
If you choose this residence, you will be staying close to the Place de la Bastille and steps from the Canal Saint-Martin. Many boutiques and artisan shops give life to this busy area in the heart of the capital. Each studio apartment is equipped with a comfortable bed, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, hotplates and crockery, and with a bathroom with toilets. You will also have the use of cable TV and a telephone. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided. It is the ideal option if you want to enjoy full autonomy during your language study stay in Paris.

To allow you to discover the fascinating French capital, our partner school offers you a varied programme of activities, tours and excursions. Guided tours of the historic districts and monuments (the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacré-Coeur, the Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame, the Quartier Latin, the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse), river boat excursions on the Seine, guided tours of the famous  museums of Paris (the Louvre, Orsay, the Museum of Modern Art, the Picasso museum and the Grand Palais), trips to the chateau of Versailles, to Chantilly and to Fontainebleau.
