School

You will study Italian in the heart of Bologna, in the via Castiglione, only a stone's throw away from the famous Garisenda and Asinelli towers and the Plazza Maggiore. Our partner school is housed in the magnificent 17th Century Tadeo Pepoli Palace building. The school contains 10 classrooms which are air-conditioned and well-equipped. A computer room with 12 computer posts and Wi-Fi Internet connection allows you to access the Internet free of charge, and a large student lounge is the place to relax between classes, to chat with friends and organise the next party.

Accommodation

Host family
Share in the daily experiences of an Italian family. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of the peninsula and to put your language knowledge into practice in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Living around 20 away from the school, you will have your own bedroom and will be able to freely use the kitchen of your hosts.

Shared apartment
For those who wish to live with other international students, the school proposes the accommodation option of a shared apartment. Each student has his/her own bedroom and shares the common rooms and equipment (kitchen,bathroom) with the others.

In Bologna, our partner school organises a daily program of cultural and social activities: tours of the city, its monuments, art and history. The objective of these activities is to give students the opportunity to dive into the Italian culture, practise the language in an authentic context and make new friends. From the Carracci heritage to the contemporary art galleries, you are sure to find plenty to satisfy your thirst for culture and superb walks. For shopping and fashion enthusiasts, the city centre offers no less than 35 kilometres of arcades. Lovers of fast cars will find what they’re looking for between Ducati, Ferrari, Lamborghini and other Maserati. For going out with your friends at night, you will be spoilt for choice among the many cinemas, bars and nightclubs of this festive and university city, with a student population of more than 60,000.
