Choose this accommodation option if you wish to know everything about the daily life of a Mexican family! By sharing the life of your hosts, you will enjoy their exceptionally warm welcome and the typically Mexican atmosphere of their home. It is ideal for making the most of your language course outside class and improving the acquired knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. The carefully selected families provide you with a single room and half board accommodation. They all live a 30 minutes’ walk or 15 minutes away by bus  from the school.

Apartment/studio
Our Partner school offers a selection of apartments or studios located in the vicinity of the course centre, for those who wish to be more independent during their stay in Puerto Vallarta. The apartments are located either in the town centre or in the “Zona Romantica” of Puerto Vallarta, 30 minutes’ walk from the course centre. The school offers fully furnished and equipped private or shared apartments. In the town, many public laundries are at your disposal for doing your personal laundry rapidly and for a reasonable price.

Every week, Spanishexperience offers playful and sports activities: for instance, Tuesdays may be devoted to football matches, followed by a dinner in a restaurant; on Wednesday evenings, students meet up in a café to get to know the town inhabitants and very often, a “Fiesta Mexicana” with Mariachis, folk dances and shows is organised. Tacos and Guacamole will hold no secret for you, since every Thursday, the chef gives cooking lessons – in Spanish, of course – and supervises the making of the dish in the modern and well equipped kitchen of the course centre. The school takes the students out to visit the mostly unexplored beaches to the south of the bay. Besides, excursions are offered, for instance at the weekend, to visit Guadalajara, Tlaquepaque and Tequila. They include 2 nights in hotels, meals and touristic visits for special prices. As an option, an art promenade is proposed in the numerous art galleries (from October to April, in the evening) in the historical districts of Puerto Vallarta. And in the evening, the town with its typical atmosphere is close at hand: it is the best time to discover it as you wish!
