Don Quijote

The school is located in a five-storey building in the centre of the city, opposite the Ritz hotel, on the renowned Avenida Gran Via, only 3 minutes’ walk from the Ramblas. The school has 65 spacious classrooms with windows and balconies. On the first floor there is a multimedia room - where you can watch TV, read a newspaper, have coffee with other students or work on your lessons - as well as a magnificent terrace.

Free cultural courses (optional)
In addition to Spanish lessons, Don Quijote also offers lessons in Spanish culture each day. Thanks to these classes, students have the opportunity to learn more about Spain, the way of life, customs and traditions... that is, all the elements necessary for a better understanding of the Spanish language.

Accomodation

Host Family
Staying with a host family is an outstanding experience that will help you make the most of your language course. The opportunity to live the language and experience Spanish culture from the inside will allow you to make rapid progress with your learning. You will stay in a single room with two meals provided.
Shared apartments
Very popular in Barcelona, shared apartments give you the chance to live with other international students. You will stay in a single room, sharing the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Apartments are equipped with washing machine and TV.
Don Quijote residence
The residence is located in the same building as the school and offers 25 rooms, most of which have a private bathroom. Meals are not included in the price, but students can use the shared and fully equipped kitchen to cook their own. All residence tenants will also have access to other shared facilities such as a common room with TV and separate smoking and non-smoking areas, and a laundry room.

Leisure

From the Olympic Village to the Gothic neighbourhood to monuments such as Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia, Barcelona has something for everyone. The school organizes a range of sporting, social and cultural activities, as well as excursions at weekends to Figueras, Girona and nearby beaches.
